Flavia Furtado

Director

Brazilian film director & multidisciplinary artist. Eclectic alien and magician creator of films, expanded cinema, virtual reality, animation, dj sets, live visuals and video mapping projections.

Yaniv Waisman

International producer

is a Director and Producer based in Los Angeles. He currently works at Crexels, creating commercials and infomercials for the Hispanic market, and is the Founder and Director of Los Cortos, a platform dedicated to bold and independent short-form cinema.

He holds a BFA in Film and Video from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Yaniv is also a Producer and Editor, known for Imposter, ID EST (2024), and Equation (2002).

Dani Tagle

International producer

Producer, Art Director, Makeup Artist, and Illustrator. Co-founder of Portal Films, a film production company, currently based in Toronto, Canada. Their work blends cinema, visual arts, and magic to create unique storytelling experiences. They are a non-binary LGBTQ+ artist.

Valentína Ávila

Producer

Film mediator at the Cineteca de la Universidad de Chile and coordinator of Cineclub Sala Sazié. She co-founded and leads the Asociación de Cineclubes de Chile, promoting film education and cinephilia. Her work focuses on audience development through cineclubism and mediation.

Marcelo Godoy

Producer

Audiovisual communicator and event producer. He has organized big events, including Open Season party, Babilon, and major LGBTQIA+ parties. His work focuses on creating large-scale events and high-impact experiences.

Cristóbal Sobera

Creatives Labs producer

Filmmaker, multidisciplinary artist, and Producer of the Creative Labs and Work in Progress at Films of the Future.

His work moves between fiction, documentary, and animation, and has been showcased internationally. He has also curated and programmed film programs abroad, supporting the circulation of contemporary Latin American cinema. His films include Brazaletes, Opuestos, and the award-winning animated short Los Infantes.

50+ artists, programmers, curators, producers, activist and academics will be part of the festival.
